Conclave is our Section’s annual weekend of fun activities, trainings, entertaining nightly shows, LIVE KNIGHT DEMONSTRATIONS and patch trading! This event is tailored to Arrowmen in our lodges. Whether you’re there to make new friends or catch up with old ones, whether this is your first Conclave or tenth, this event is NOT one to miss!

Who should go to Conclave?
Every OA member in E2 is welcome to attend. Conclave is the premier event for both youth and adults — there are activities for everyone! It doesn’t matter how involved in the OA you are or how long you have been an Arrowman, you do not want to miss this year’s Conclave.
What is Conclave?
The short answer: It’s a lot of fun! The section Conclave is an annual event involving all of the lodges in an established geographic area, called a “Section.” The purpose is to train with each other to develop as Arrowmen and as leaders. Each Conclave is led by section youth officers elected from among the member lodges at the previous year’s Conclave, and the event itself is prepared in cooperation with various other Lodge officers, and with one Lodge serving as the “host Lodge.”
The E2 Conclave is an annual gathering of over 200 Arrowmen held in the Spring at a Scouting America camp in Ohio or Michigan. It’s a great weekend of fun, training, competitions, and fellowship!
Why should I attend Conclave?
Conclave is the biggest and best event of the lodge year! Conclave is a full weekend of activities and experiences designed to take Scouting to the next level. Conclave offers the best opportunity to engage in top-notch training, and friendly competitions. The weekend is topped off with a Saturday night show and feast, patch trading, and Section Officer elections.
How do I register for Conclave? How much does it cost?

The early bird registration fee for Conclave 2026 is $47. Check the registration page for regular and late registration pricing. The registration fee includes your meals during the event, a participation packet, and one participation patch.
What is included in the participation packet?
The participant packet usually includes a camp map, program booklet (called a Passport).
What do I need to bring for Conclave?
Conclave occurs at a Scouting America camp. To “be prepared,” you will want to bring a sleeping bag, toiletries, rain gear, flashlight, your full Scout uniform and OA sash, money (for the trading post), patches (for trading), and anything else that might make your stay more comfortable. When and where is the E2 Conclave going to be held?
The 2026 E2 Conclave will be held May, 8-10, 2026 at Camp Friedlander in Loveland, Ohio hosted by Ku-Ni-Eh Lodge.
Dear Parents,
Congratulations on your Scout’s membership in the Order of the Arrow (OA). Their election shows that the other members of their Scouting America troop felt they exhibited Scouting’s principles and would give cheerful service to others. As you may know, most of the OA events in which your child will participate will take place locally with the OA lodge. Once each year, the six lodges spread over Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky, (called a “Section” or “Section E2”) gather at a Scouting America camp for a fun-filled weekend called “Conclave.”
The 2026 E2 Conclave will be held the weekend of May 8-10 at Camp Friedlander in Loveland, Ohio and is expected to be attended by over 200 Arrowmen from across Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky.
If your Scout has expressed an interest in attending the 2026 E2 Conclave, consider allowing them to attend. Conclave is the premier event for both youth and adults and one of the highlights of the OA year! Conclave is a full weekend of activities and experiences designed to take Scouting to the next level for your Scout. A large group of Arrowmen from your local area will be traveling to Conclave together. When you complete the online registration process to sign up for Conclave, you should reach out to your lodge leadership via their website or known contact information to indicate that your Scout needs a ride to Conclave. Your Scout will be contacted by someone from their local Lodge or Chapter to help make those arrangements.
During the Conclave weekend, your child will experience specialized leadership training, learn more about the Order of the Arrow, have the opportunity to participate in friendly competitions, and have a lot of fun!
As you can see, the 2026 Conclave will be an action-packed and fulfilling event, just like it has been for more than 100 years. Your Scout is sure to have a fantastic weekend and grow as an individual and a leader. They will have the chance to make new friends their age from across our Section and make memories that will last a lifetime. We hope you will consider permitting your Scout to enjoy the 2026 E2 Conclave.
