Section Induction Experience

Join fellow Arrowmen from across Section E2 for our Section E2 Induction Experience at beautiful Camp Berry!

For over a century, the Order of the Arrow has created transformative experiences that strengthen Brotherhood, Cheerfulness, and Service. As the OA introduces its updated induction experience nationwide, Section E2 is proud to host a Section Induction Experience to help lodge leaders and induction teams experience the new model firsthand.

This event is designed for Arrowmen who will help lead, staff, and support inductions within their lodges. Through a “teach through experience” model, participants will take part in the full induction experience themselves — building shared understanding of the updated program before it is offered to new candidates.

Throughout the weekend, participants will:

• Experience the new induction format firsthand
• Participate in meaningful service projects
• Learn how the updated induction emphasizes connection, belonging, and reflection
• Explore the enhanced role of the Luminary and updated ceremony structure
• Build relationships with fellow Arrowmen from across Section E2
