DESCRIPTION:Join fellow Arrowmen from across Section E2 for our Section E2 Induction Experience at beautiful Camp Berry! \nFor over a century\, the Order of the Arrow has created transformative experiences that strengthen Brotherhood\, Cheerfulness\, and Service. As the OA introduces its updated induction experience nationwide\, Section E2 is proud to host a Section Induction Experience to help lodge leaders and induction teams experience the new model firsthand. \nThis event is designed for Arrowmen who will help lead\, staff\, and support inductions within their lodges. Through a “teach through experience” model\, participants will take part in the full induction experience themselves — building shared understanding of the updated program before it is offered to new candidates. \nThroughout the weekend\, participants will: \n\nExperience the new induction format firsthand\nParticipate in meaningful service projects\nLearn how the updated induction emphasizes connection\, belonging\, and reflection\nExplore the enhanced role of the Luminary and updated ceremony structure\nBuild relationships with fellow Arrowmen from across Section E2
